A Wretch Like Me

Stephanie just performed in a play a week or two ago, put together by a group of kids (public-schoolers and home-schoolers), about half of which were from our church. The play was called A Wretch Like Me, based on the life of John Newton. Due to the huge cast of characters (the play was originally written for about 30 people) each of the kids played more than one part. Steph had a minor part during the play's introduction as "Mrs. Bolton", a middle aged woman; and she also played John's wife ,"Polly" Catlett Newton. To the right of Stephanie (in the group photo) is Rebecca Vari, the author of the play. Rebecca originally wrote the play for her church and was kind enough to let the group preform it.
